Luck is following me around at the moment

Hello.

Tuesday morning I woke and checked my blogger dashboard and my emails

and discovered I had won 2 seperate competitions.

The first one I entered at Melly Sews and it was to win 4 Lily Giggle PDF patterns.

I chose the following

1. The Kaleidoscope Jacket

2. The Lula Maxi Dress

3. The oh deer slim fit top swing tunic

4. The Serendipity Dress

Then my next competition win was from Jenny at The Southern Institute 

where I won a $75 amazon voucher.

I spent almost a whole day deciding  what to buy and I ended up choosing the following.

The next item was Carefree Clothes for Girls

This one is a Japanese pattern book that has been translated into English.

Having this book as a reference will help me understand my other 

Japanese Pattern books a little better.

I still have about $10 left on my amazon voucher so I'll keep searching and maybe add a little something extra to this list in the future.

I won a Necklace from Cass Can Sew

Hello.

I entered a giveaway that Cass Can Sew held the other day to mark 100 likers on her facebook page.

She was offering one of her handmade necklaces.

Well I entered and won. It arrived today and I love it.

I just love the colours of the vintage fabric and it just happened to match what I was wearing today.

Blogger's Choice Fat Quarter Bundle Competition Entry

Hello.

I saw this fabulous competition over at Quokka Quilts.

This is my entry:




They are offering a 1/2 yard of each of your choices as the prize.
Whoo hoo!!!


This is all you have to do:

Go to The Fat Quarter Shop website and choose 12 coordinating prints and 3 solids from their selection.

Either a) create a blog entry about your set of fabrics;
or b) if you don't have a blog, upload them somewhere they can be seen in one link - eg flickr, picasa, etc.
You must include pictures of your fabrics. You can 'borrow' these from the FQS site.

It would be very helpful to the judges if you could do a photo collage of your various prints.

Go back to Quokka Quilts and link in your entry by 15 January.
Link your photo collage as the thumbnail if you can.
I'm going to post mine right now!
